The following Terms for Consulting Services (VK) govern situations where the Customer engages Welcome Workdays AS (Welcome Workdays) to perform consulting services in connection with, or the customer's use of, ancillary systems provided by third-party suppliers, with associated modules and fully or partially integrated additional services. The consulting services may, for example, consist of installation and/or setup of systems, performance of custom adaptations, or integration with other systems (the Service)

The agreement describes what types of data may be processed, how they are to be secured, allocation of responsibilities, rights and obligations, as well as requirements for confidentiality, the data processor's security measures, and how data is to be deleted or returned when the assignment concludes.
