Yes, Welcome Workdays supports Single Sign-On (SSO). We integrate with common identity providers such as Azure AD, Google Workspace and other SAML or OIDC-based solutions. This gives users a secure and seamless login with their existing work account – without having to remember another password.
SSO makes it easier to manage access, and provides a better and more secure user experience for both tenants and property companies.
Yes, security and privacy are absolutely central to us at Welcome Workdays. We are ISO 27001 certified, which means that we have established and maintain a comprehensive information security management system. In addition, we are fully GDPR compliant, and processes all personal data in accordance with current regulations for privacy and data security in the EU/EEA.

An app works fine - but wallet provides an even faster and more seamless experience. With your access card stored directly in your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, you can open doors with a simple swipe, without opening an app or unlocking your phone. It works offline, is more stable, and is particularly suitable for buildings with many users or high traffic.
In addition, it increases security: Wallet-based access cards are linked to one device, and can be easily deactivated in the event of loss. Many users find it more natural – just like using their mobile phone to pay.
The difference lies in how the technology works and how the user experience is experienced in practice:
Bluetooth-based solutions:
Requires the user to have an app installed and open in the background.
The phone must have Bluetooth activated and be within range.
May be a bit slow or unstable if the phone is sleeping, the app is closed, or Bluetooth is unstable.
Good solution for flexible access, but may require more from the user.
Apple Wallet (and Google Wallet):
The access card is stored directly on your mobile phone, like a digital key card.
Does not require ikke that an app is open – the door can be opened with a simple swipe, even when the phone is locked.
Faster, more stable and works offline.
Better user experience, especially in buildings with high traffic.
In short: Wallet provides a more seamless and reliable experience, while Bluetooth requires more interaction from the user.
