Welcome Workdays is a technology company with a somewhat unusual background. Instead of emerging as a classic startup initiative, the company was established through a collaboration between three major players in the real estate industry. What may seem like competitors to many have instead chosen to collaborate to solve a common challenge: the lack of standardization in technical systems in commercial buildings.
With this as a starting point, Welcome Workdays has emerged as a common technology platform that will simplify everyday life for tenants, building owners and operators - while also laying the foundation for more scalable and sustainable solutions throughout the industry.
