Welcome ID

Welcome ID is the building's central identity platform that handles access and rights for all users – from tenants and employees to service personnel and third-party systems. The solution gives tenants full control over which people have access to which areas and services in the building, while ensuring that personal data is handled securely and in line with GDPR.

With support for Single Sign-On (SSO) via Microsoft and Google, as well as role-based access control, user management becomes easier and more precise. Welcome ID simplifies both onboarding and offboarding, and supports bulk upload for efficient mass administration.

Welcome Visit

Welcome Visit is the building's digital visitor solution that gives tenants full control over who comes and goes. The system makes it easy to invite, register and let guests in – completely seamlessly and integrated with access control.

Guests can pre-register and receive a QR code via SMS or email, which is used for touchless on-screen check-in upon arrival. The solution supports both individual and group visits, and multiple entrances can be connected for increased flexibility. Tenants can manage the entire visitor journey themselves, including notification and access control, which provides both improved security and a more professional guest experience.

The reception also gets a full overview of current and upcoming visits, and can easily assist if needed.

Welcome Access

Welcome Access simplifies the entire process of ordering and distributing access cards – both physical and digital. With support for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, employees and guests can easily receive and use their digital access cards right from their mobile.

The solution gives tenants full control over who has access to the building and which areas they are allowed to access – without the need for manual follow-up from the property company or FM providers. Administration is seamless in a user-friendly interface where cards can be issued, revoked or temporarily deactivated with the touch of a button.

Welcome Access is integrated with modern access control systems and provides high security, traceability and flexibility, giving property owners a more efficient operation and tenants a better user experience.

What access control systems do you support?

We can integrate directly and through partners with 25+ access control systems. The most popular are ARX, Lenel, Symmetry, Genetec, C-Cure, Salto and Brivo.

What is the difference between access with the App or with Wallet?

App access requires the user to open a separate application to unlock, while Wallet access allows the user to open doors by tapping the phone – faster and more seamless.

Welcome Booking

Welcome Booking makes it easy to find and reserve meeting rooms and other resources in the building – whether it’s auditoriums, lockers, quiet rooms, kayaks or other shared facilities. The solution gives tenants full overview and control of available rooms, and makes it easy to book via mobile or desktop.

With support for both free and paid rooms, and the ability to integrate with calendar systems and access control, the solution adapts to the needs of the building. Tenants can manage their own rooms and users, and receive reminders before meetings. The meeting room selector makes it easy to find the right room based on the number of people, equipment and time.

Welcome Communication

Welcome Communication is the building's communication tool, designed to make it easy for property managers and tenants to keep all users informed. The system combines a digital building manual, news articles and operational messages in one platform, with the option to send out messages via email and SMS – segmented and targeted.

Building owners can send important messages, collect consents and gain insight into who has read what. Whether it's a water shut-off, elevator maintenance or a new cafeteria menu, you can quickly and securely reach the right audience – whether it's everyone in the building, a specific tenant or a specific user role.
