These Terms form the basis of the agreement between the User and Welcome Workdays regarding the use of the Service. By using the service, the user agrees to be bound by these terms.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Definitions<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n

  • \"Service\" refers to the Tenant relationship management - SaaS solution offered by Welcome Workdays through the owner of the building.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • \"User\" refers to any person or entity that accesses and uses the Service.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • \"Account\" refers to the unique registration that allows access to the Service.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • \"Data\" refers to any information uploaded, stored, or processed through the Service.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Access to the Service<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n

    • The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the login credentials of his account and is solely responsible for all activity that occurs under the account.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • The user agrees not to give access to their account to third parties or allow others to use their account.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. User data<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n

      • The user retains full ownership and control over all data uploaded to the service.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Welcome Workdays will only use, modify or share user data in accordance to applicable law\/fulfill the agreements and in accordance with the companies Privacy Policy.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. Use of the Service<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n

          • The User agrees to use the Service in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and these Terms.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • The User shall not misuse the Service, including but not limited to:<\/span>\n
              \n
            • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or activity.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to a building, the systems or data related to the Service or building.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Interfere with or impair the operation of the Service, including through the use of malware, viruses, or similar technologies.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Engage in actions that result in overload or negative impact on the service's infrastructure or performance.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Exercise actions that violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights, privacy or other legal rights.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Misuse or infringe any intellectual property rights associated with the Service, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other rights of Welcome Workdays or third parties.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              5. Disclaimer<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n

              • Welcome Workdays disclaims any liability for any loss, damage or costs incurred as a result of a user's use of the service.<\/span><\/li>\n
              • Welcome Workdays makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of the Service for any particular purpose.<\/span><\/li>\n
              • Welcome Workdays have no liability for guest who the User have let into the building.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                6. Account suspension<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n

                • Welcome Workdays reserves the right to terminate a user's access to the Service effective immediately in cases of serious violation of these Terms, including misuse of the Service or misuse of intellectual property rights, and allowing unauthorised persons into the building.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  7. Changes to the Terms<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n

                  • Welcome Workdays reserves the right to modify these Terms upon reasonable notice to the user. For minor changes such notifications will not be distributed.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect will constitute the User's acceptance of the revised Terms.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
